I just watched a film recently ,and so I thought that I would I be great to write about the movie"The rescue "and the things I learned from it.
This film talks about a Chinese coast guard who were always called up each time there is a sea accident in China.Therse are people who risk their lives to save the lives of other people.
The captain of the Rescue team was Gaoxian(Edie peng).
Getting to some parts of the film Gaoxian began facing some challenges ,his son (Congcong), became blind ,and he was rushed to the hospital ,then the doctors told him he couldn't see properly because there is a pressure in his optic nerve,and he has to undergoe surgery,and that the success rate of the surgery was 30%.
Hearing this made him sobered and down and he informed other rescue members about the incident,then on the day Congcong was suppose to be operated upon,Gaoxian heard about the people who were involved in a ship accident and that may loose thier lives if the tanker on the ship explodes,but he couldn't join the other rescue members , because he needs to be with his son at that time.
But his son replied him and said "Father you have to save the lives of this people, because that's your duty,don't worry I"ll be fine all alone.He went to the dressing room to change and then he joined other rescue members at the airport ,they got to the scene of the accident entered into the ship and they were able to save the lives of some people,but Gaoxian couldn't get out of the ship ,he got trapped in the burning hulk of an oil tanker that is sinking in the sea,with nowhere to escape.I became furious here because I had thought he was going to lose his life in the accident and that would be the end of the movie.
He became unconscious and then later on he remembered his son was in the hospital undergoing surgery ,he struggled and found a way to get our from the ship before it explodes,then the operation on child was also successful.
Lessons that can be learnt from the movie
No matter the situation we find ourselves we should never lose hope or regard life as been unfair to us.Despite how Gao xian was able to save the life so many people,he met himself in a situation where no once could render help to him,but still he kept his head up,he didn't loose hope,he faced his challenges and yes he was able to overcome his fears.
Despite how Gaoxian son was in a great dilemma,he still went ahead to save the lives of the people.This shows that we shouldn't be selfish or think about ourselves alone,we should be willing to help those who are in a sort of trouble,or those who need help,no matter what it takes us.
