RE: MOVIE REVIEW: The Gray Man || Not Your Regular Assasin [ENG-ESP]

I was not completely satisfied. The movie cost a fortune but felt soulless. The action sequences didn't make me feel excited. The villain was a caricature. Anyway it has been a hit for Netflix and yesterday they confirmed there will be a sequel. The source material has 11 books, they have enough material for 11 movies. They are also going to make a spin off, they haven't said which character.

You cracked me up with "caricature".😂

11 movies is quite a lot. They had better stick with two and not mess things up.

As always. Thank you...

hahaha yeah, he looked like a comedy movie villain. He wasn't scary. I would have used an actor with tougher physical features. This one was laughable with that mustache. The other villain, the CIA division chief, also looks like a goofy villain. Villains should be the best characters in these types of stories, they should be scary, relentless, ruthless. These looked like something out of a sitcom.

I totally agree with you on how less of a villian he looked. I learned he was actually meant to be "Six", the lead role, but he chose to be the villian instead. I think he could have been much better, even more comedic with that look, as the protagonist.
