RE: Daybreakers (film): Not the best vampire film, not the worst. Still skip-able

Hey, well, I think I'll save myself some time with that review. I had a vague idea it existed, but I'd never gotten around to watching it, and from what you're saying, it's just as well. It makes me absolutely no desire to see it. If the plot is so convoluted and has so many loose ends, what's the point? And if it's also predictable and the "tense moments" are resolved in such an absurd way... Pff, not my cup of tea, really. Thanks for the warning.

you are welcome. There are so many vampire movies and when this one was made the world was going absolutely nuts with both vampires and zombies to the point where almost none of them ended up being any good. This year I have seen a lot of movies and most of them have been pretty bad. I would put this one at a 5/10. It is kind of entertaining and the big stars do a good job, but mostly it is just really stupid and so predictable that there really isn't any reason to watch it.

I mean if you were to watch the first 10 minutes and just get a brief glimpse at the main characters you would probably be able to correctly guess what is going to happen to 90% of them. There is only 1 twist and it is pretty cool, but then they just run wild with it and then you no longer care.
