In my opinion it is not a good film and not only because it mixes genres that for me should not go together, but also because in terms of cinematography I didn't find it surprising and in terms of story less than less, what I do think are very good are the special effects. Of course this is just my personal opinion and you might not agree with me, what did you think?

This movie is undoubtedly one of the best I have ever seen.... It's about an asteroid falling to earth and in a matter of 2 days everything will disappear.... In that time the incredible Gerard Butler does everything possible to save the life of his beloved son and his beautiful wife (from whom he is separated because of her infidelity problems, but he does everything possible to regain her love again and she ends up forgiving him and accepting him back in her life)... Gerard Butler goes through infinite setbacks in order to reach the bunker where they have the best chance of being saved when the biggest piece of asteroid falls to earth... Before they three had been selected to go with the special forces by plane to another safe place, and thus be saved from the natural disasters that would cause the asteroid, but for reasons of diabetes disease of his beautiful son, they were removed at the last minute from the airport because they did not allow people with any disease or medication... It is there where the biggest suspense of the movie begins.

The length of this movie is two hours and there are scenes that I felt were missing, especially of John with Savannah. The ending is quite strange, it's like they left an open ending. You are left wondering if they got together or not? I was also surprised by the last 20 minutes and the whole plot twist, I never thought that Savannah would have a relationship with that character in the story and everything that she would live through afterwards, definitely John and Savannah's life changed forever and was never the same. And I made it once again, not crying over a love story. This movie can be found on Netflix as Dear John and on other streaming platforms since it's kind of old, from 2010.

And that masterful quality lies first with the director of the film, but then, undoubtedly for me, with the performance of such a monster for the big screen as William Dafoe, god..... this frame, this scene, this dialogue, these words, are worthy to remain among the most memorable phrases ever said by someone in the cinema, this curse that he releases, at the feet of a weakened Pattinson, give the actor this aura of greatness accompanied of course, I lost count of how many times I repeated it, without a doubt, one of my favourite scenes of the film, and a clear example that both Pattinson and Dafoe are two of the biggest names in the world of entertainment.

The movie teaches young viewers the value of education as a tool for success in life through the figure of the coach. Education is prioritized and is viewed as a goal that must be diligently pursued in order to not only earn a diploma but also to improve one's lot in life and increase one's chances. Coach Carter delivers an important message of hope at a time when poverty and injustice are still pervasive issues by demonstrating how passion, effort, and education can improve people's lives. People are given the opportunity to improve their lives and the life of their communities through education, which is considered a weapon in the battle against injustice and inequality.

In its most assertive attempt to create some tension, it is interesting to see the “claustrophobic” relationship that John has with his family. Outside, he brings food, drink and blankets for the family... Inside, everyone is increasingly impatient, not understanding the motivations of a troubled young man. This dynamic generates tension in the plot (these are the best parts of the film), but it does not hold up because it is inserted in very fast scenes, in very punctual moments, and instead of strengthening the events, they turn them into something potentially tiring.

This is one of my favorite stories and I LOVED that they didn't make it exactly the same as in the book, because in this day and age it would be very canceling, people are very sensitive. That's why I congratulate the producers, they turned the story into something a little more mature, but with that teenage touch that really isn't bad at all. I loved the chemistry between the actors, they respected the most iconic lines, but the "You are my home" line was really missing. Virginia Gardner as Abby Abernathy was a total hit and although a lot is said about Dylan Sprouse as Travis Mad Dog Maddox, I really liked him too much, I fell in love again with Travis, don't blame me.

I can be certain there is much good compared to bad. First, the acting was really good. Top actors were selected for leading roles, which was a very wise choice. The young actors were surprisingly brilliant. The cinematography was absolutely impeccable. As a visual artist, it gladdened me a lot. The soundtrack was wonderful too. One of the actors sang an original piece for the movie and it has been my favorite song since then after finding it on Youtube music. The actor is also a popular Nigerian singer, one of my favorites; amazing isn't it? And finally, the storyline was spot on. I went through it all, laughter, joy, pain, relief, etc. An emotional rollercoaster. What really tops it all, and makes this an instant fan favorite is that it is a true portrayal of the current state of things in Nigeria. Politicians use young people for their gains, bloodshed, violence, and whatnot; which is a real eye-opener for viewers.

Not knowing the fate of your family, friends and neighbors during this pandemic will fill you with feelings of guilt and pain. They will have to decide between running to their relatives or looking for a cure for humanity.

Like many that have been produced, they tell us in a summarized way, part of what was the life of our Lord Jesus Christ from the moment he began his pilgrimage until his death and resurrection, taking the most outstanding miracles and moments to be developed in this film; I must admit that I never thought I would see the actor Julian Gil playing "Jesus", Gaby Espino as "Mary Magdalene" and much less Mario Cimarro as "John the Baptist", it was something that caused me some fun, but without any intention of mockery, because they did well, not excellent, because I noticed some mistakes, but they gave their best in each interpretation.
Congratulations to everyone that was chosen, and thank you to everyone posting in Movies and TV Shows! We look forward to the next report and highlighting even more of you.
