A person is not born a monster type thing. Dahmer never received anything beautiful or good from an early age. His childhood was very bad. All in all the whole environment, his parents, society and in some places he himself was responsible for his becoming a psycho. And this Dahmer story is all true.
We have the same input @shahinaubl :)). Dahmer is a victim of ugly circumstances. But like they say, the law excuses no one so he needs to face the consequences of his action.
I watched his real interview and I got goosebumps on how he calmly speaks and shares his brutal killings.
