The air was thick with the tension of impending battle on the plains of Anith, where the last light of hope flickered for the free peoples of Balaran. Here, elves, men, and dwarves clashed violently against the relentless shadow of Morgoth, the dark lord. In these desperate times, an alliance was forged—not out of camaraderie, but necessity and despair. This was the union of Maedros, son of Fëanor, who sparked unity among the free peoples, inspired by the deeds of Beren and Lúthien which proved that Morgoth was not invincible.
