It has been a great 6 months for me on Hive and I have got great friends , recognition here on Hive .
One of the main reason for the recognition for the account @amr008 is from its alt accounts which was used to curate comments on various platforms .
Reason for ending the project
Biggest reason for ending the project is lack of time .
- The pandemic period was a very hard time for me and the family . I used to be very active on Hive couple of months ago but right now I amn't able to be that active .
I wanna focus on more projects on Hive .
- I feel like I can utilize my time better on other projects here on Hive .
A lot of work / screening needed in the backend for the project .
Many might not know this , they might feel that it is just running a script but to be honest - it is not it . The last month I was very busy and I came to know through @onealfa and a few other users that some people are gaming the system and earning POB solely for selling it and making money .
I myself went through some user comments on which my alt accounts had voted on and found that to be true which was very very disappointing .
Although the script is pretty good in determining the spam comments , I saw that certain users were posting in other languages to bypass the quality check .
Apart from this , constantly updating the script is required .

I would like to thank you all for all the support till now . It has been a overwhelming experience managing this project .
I can't even express in words how happy I have felt while reading your comments appreciating the work I do .
I have always given higher APR than normal by sharing my author rewards with delegators but I have always been happy doing that , never once did I feel - oh man I am losing rewards by just giving it away to others .
As a thank you , tonight my account dividends will be distributed 100% to all other delegators .
Once again , I know you might be thinking that I can add more people to work with but I know for a fact that this particular project depends fully on code and adding more users wouldn't help me much .
I am sorry for ending this project , I know that certain users will be unhappy with this but I will assure you I will come up with good projects in future which will hopefully be helpful to you all here on Hive .
Please withdraw your delegations
All the dividends will be paid out soon for this week .
Please withdraw your delegation from all the alt accounts . Next week if still some delegations are pending , I will personally reach out to them and ask them to withdraw the delegation but if you can , please spread the word .

You've clearly put a lot of thought into your decision and done what's most appropriate at this time and most importantly, what you need to do for yourself. Fully in support of that. We all need to re-prioritise how we expend our talent and energy at times. I wish you all the best! It was an interesting project to be a part of, I certainly learned a lot about how Hive actually works by being involved
It might take me some time before I can actually undelegate my stakes, because I wasn't able to access Hive Engine from my phone earlier and I haven't got my laptop. I'm walking long-distance through country South Australia. I might be able to sort it out but thought I should let you know there'll be a fair delay

Sad day to see this come to conclusion, but learning that it's being abused and takes too much time: I do think you're making the right decision.

I believe it is all the alt accounts of @amr008.
It would make sense that it is all of them since it looks like they are all tied to the same project basis.

Is your work with POB only coming to an end or is it with other communities on hive as well? Its sounds like you are saying your association with POb comes to an end, but I am not so sure , so the question.
His delegation project is coming to an end as it is taking up too much of his time.

It was a wonderful initiative, and I am sad to see the end of it... but I can also well appreciate how it would be a "time hog" and we need to attend to life outside the blockchain.
I have always felt that engagement is the best way to grow a strong community... and engagement is best developed by having systems that reward engagement. I hope something else comes along to take up some of the void left behind.

With this project closing down, lot of dynamics are going to change. The liquidity, the engagement are likely to go down on many platforms. Investors will have to be active to match the kind of income they were generating every Sunday. A lot of good content is expected to get rewarded from next Monday.
you are right, we all need to buckle up.
this can be sadden but its a way forward for the community, now we will know our real members, there are lot of people who cliam they are a member but they just came in to take advantage of the tribe.
now we will surely know those who believe in #pob, the engagements may reduce for a while but i believe something big is coming
