At the start of AI, many Multinational Companies underestimated the power of AI and initially ignored it, but then slowly began to get involved with this technology. My company initially banned users from accessing Chat GPT or a similar AI system. Access to those websites was restricted. The intention was good because we cannot believe whatever AI tells us. But when there are cons, there are also many pros that we have to adopt and appreciate.
Today if we design a website completely with photoshop or any image creation tool and give it to GPT or similar AI as an image, it gives us code to achive that user interface. The code is so perfect that we can tell the GPT to generate the code in the framework that we want. If we are a quasar user, we can get the code in Quasar and if we are a tailwind user, we can get the code in tailwind. That's how much advanced AI is right now.
Usually, a task like this can take a month or two to develop. Thanks to the frontend frameworks because that had reduced the burden of the frontend developers. Otherwise, people have to sit and write CSS code for everything, and development time can be huge. But to the surprise of everyone, today AI can give the UI completely for whatever we ask. This is just one small example of the capabilities of AI that we shouldn't ignore. With the help of this, we can easily reduce the headcount in the office or get more work done within a short period. This technology is something that we have to embrace and live with it and we shouldn't restrict it too much.
A declaration to the users
My company used to have so many restrictions on AI, but understanding the benefits that AI is providing us, my company has also started to allow some AI things. For example, we are allowed to use GitHub Co-Pilot after approval from our manager. But before we start using it, we had to submit a declaration form understanding the harmful areas of AI and how it cannot always be correct. Those are understandable things, and I think it is good to get a consent signed instead of restricting the technology itself altogether.
Hard to compete with fast-moving technology
It is also very hard to keep chasing the technology. My company initially thought they will build an in-house AI tool that would be useful for the employees with all the restrictions required. It has been several months since the project started, and so many things have changed in the AI world now, and we still have not seen a version out. I think that companies should not switch their domains just because something is new in the market. They are also investing a lot of money in that, but maybe a good thing would have been to outsource such things and get the declaration signed from the users so that everything is legally covered.
Today, Chat GPT itself is getting outdated, and there are more advanced AI tools available that is able to handle specific requests. People and AI experts are finetuning products that can do specific things instead of being a generic AI. Let's see how the technology goes.

AI is really the future
All companies that accept to use AI now will benefit massively from the technology in the nearest future
Chatgpt is indeed outdated and recently is getting not much reliable, I find it strange banning access to it tough... it's very useful for sure in a lot of companies tough
Every entrepreneur and every student has realized the importance of artificial intelligence, with its help we will be able to solve many of our problems on our own.
They really need to learn how to adapt to Artificial intelligence world actually. We are in the era of AI
We cannot fully say no to things that the artificial intelligence has to offer us but we just have to be creative alongside and we are good to go
Sometimes, outsourcing or leveraging specialized solutions can save time and resources, especially in a rapidly evolving tech landscape. Staying flexible and focused on practical needs can lead to more effective outcomes.
