So let me get this straight, I do 99% of my voting on Leo. I usually do 50% votes which means I can basically vote 20 times and my voting power will return to around 100% after 24 hours. This much I'm pretty sure I understand.
So, if I change my multiplier on other tribes, will that affect anything if I only vote on Leo posts?
Or are you saying that some of the posts I see on Leo are actually from other places...like CTP or PoB or CineTV...and by having a higher multiplier on those tribes I would actually be giving them a higher vote IN THAT PARTICULAR TRIBE, while at the same time giving them a 50% Leo vote?
If that is the case, and I had say a 4 multiplier on CTP and I put a 50% vote on a post I saw in Leo that originated from CTP, I would then be giving that post a 50% Leo vote AND a 100% CTP vote? Would that then count as 1.5 of my 20 50% votes for the day?

You basically have got it right. A 4 x multiplier on a post at 25% is 100% so a 50% vote would only require x 2 multiplier for a 100% vote. How you are currently curating this will work well for you.
