Congrats! A long road to be sure but it's gotta be very satisfying to realize 1) that you didn't have to spend a penny, and 2) that the best is yet to come. $30k today could very well be $300k in the not-so-distant future. Well done!

    Thanks. Yes having a balance reading $200 000 or $300 000 is not a pipe dream either now and could easily happen within 2 years.
