You can actually use VOUCHERS to purchase DEC-B directly. You don't need to convert to DEC first. Pretty sure there's a dropdown where you make your purchase that allows you to choose DEC or VOUCHERS for payment. I don't have enough of them to have tried it since I want to save them for future needs such as the promo airdrops like the one we just had with Vruz.
