I read in the holy scriptures where it is written, in everything, give thanks. This means God has references for Thanksgiving. It is not always an easy one atimes, consider when things are not working fine and the rule requires you to show thanks. Personally, I don't encourage ungratefulness especially when things are working out fine for you. You have to show gratitude to the source. Consider yourself growing up, over here what we do before a meal is to thank God for it and after the meal we often thank our parents, more precisely our Moms ( those good old childhood days)
Coming forward to my education, catering and security, I owe that gratitude for my Mom and Dad too. You know sometimes we just sit back and recount our blessings, how life would have been if our parents never stepped in. In general, I have to be grateful to God Almighty because there have been many incidents that would have ended my life even from childhood yet here I am looking sound and healthy. We can't just forget this things overnight and being grateful opens doors for more.
Entering into the world of business, there is a need as an entrepreneur to be very grateful. This is an exercise I had to spend my time doing this morning. Have you ever wondered why you stay in business for 365 days a year? Of course it is because people are showing up for you to make your business look like a business. Maybe you think you are selling or delivering the best. Even if this is true, consider the fact that these people also have alternatives at least to settle for the lizards.

It is good to do good business and even better to show appreciation. What am I saying here? I had to reflect on how rough the economy is and how despite these facts, people still chose to do business with me. It is a privilege I must say. For this, I had to spend time writing an appreciation message and forward it to all my customers, they have done extremely well. Little effort counts and there are ways to show gratitude without spending much but in the end you've given much.
Adding to that, this will help strengthen the customer confidence that we care. I always say, business goes beyond monetary transactions. Fostering a good customer relationship counts a lot. Many customers go beyond quality and buy emotions. It happens, a lot of them keep telling me that it is because of our friendliness with them that makes them keep showing up adding to the quality we deliver. Add quality service with good customer relationships and your chances are high even in a scrambling economy.
We are also working on our new year bonuses as we speak. No matter how little what we are about to give them, it will mean a lot. There is a need to always give back at some point. It is one of the early baiting processes. It is going to cost us and we shouldn't really care about that. These guys have done way too much and I am personally happy we will be involved in this new year bonus activities for customers. There are so many ways to publicize business and this serves as one. That customer happiness can make them introduce you to new clients.

We count all this stuffs at the end of the year, I have been doing patronizing business A for 365 days. What has been the additional benefits? Should I still continue or look somewhere else, who knows what opportunity await?. Always try your best to make your business irreplaceable ir at least difficult to replace. Many of my customers pay transportation down to our office without minding the cost, it all about creating bonds that trigger their emotions. As usually said, people buy emotions.
To conclude, let me add, starting business at the right phase and pace is very mandatory. I am happy about the achievement today. Sending out those appreciation messages shows we care and of course we do. I am already getting positive feedback from customers and more are coming. It is going to be a fantastic year 2025. I hope we continue to stay positive and even improve upon where we are now.
Efficiency will be needed this year than last when considering the workload. This is what happens when incorporation hits a company. I also hope for the capacity to stand and see this done to satisfy both internal and external workers of the company. In all this, we have to learn that being appreciative is a skill. Learn how to do it more and more and more doors of opportunity will follow in the process. Never underestimate this little things when added up it becomes something, the aims is proper customer satisfaction; this for me is good business.
