A lot of big businesses over here are opening room for criticisms. To them this is nothing as they may feel they've outgrown the public. Whether it be true that you've grown so big with market influence that can't easily be displaced or not, customer dissatisfaction is dissatisfaction. There is always a need to show a sense of self conscience.
Anyway, there are so many things to put into consideration. Are the real owners even aware of what's going on? How effective is their line of communication? You know most times it is only reputable customer complaints that reach such a table. Could the production floor be responsible for product mispackaging? Do this once, of course it can be a mistake. Continuously repeat it and you absolutely know what you are doing. So yes from here, these guys behind this scenes know what they are doing.
Sourcing for products can be very stressful. There are so many factors to consider, from quality to pricing you have to be on the lookout. Fakes can be sold as an original at a high price. Can you believe this? It is one way to trick buyers when putting a high price tag. Adding to that original can be sold at a very hyped price, this is something to also consider if it is worth buying. Of course, you'll have to also consider how you'll make your own profit either at wholesale or retail level.

How did we get here? We were trying to break down some market misbehavior that I term bulk cheating. So what is this really all about? There is so much incomplete product packaging going on in the market. I remember I got the same complaints from a wholesaler when I went to package a bundle of material. I wanted to make sure what I will be getting is complete as the distance was far from my office. It was another State to be precise. He understood with me and had to be sincere that companies are no longer staying faithful with complete measurement.
He told me that most of the packaging they get from companies as middlemen always has a deficit in some yards. This was very impressive to me as it is boldly written that number of yards in the packaging bags. What can you say? He gave me a choice of buying without measuring at a lower price or measuring with an increase in price per yard. I knew something was up right from here. I insisted he open the package and do the measurement and just as expected, there was a huge deficit in yards. We had to have some dialogue and settle the matter.
This shows that this on its own is a business maybe by people who package products at company level. Imagine how many yards they are able to retain in the process. In the end it is the customers that suffer the loss. I had to pay extra money to secure a complete material which according to the company label was complete.

I felt unhappy, of course I should, this in the process affected my market budget. I am imagining how this can be resolved. I never really took this into consideration until few days ago when I also went to purchase a different product for use.
On reaching there, I got the same complaints from the wholesaler that a lot of these products are at their loss when considering that they are not always complete. It all started when I debated about what I bought last time and it was not complete. He used the opportunity too to explain to me the challenge they face. So how do they resolve this and stay in profit? Did I ask him that? I didn't yet I know they will increase the prices of products in entirety. And that's one of the ways how the prices of goods and services over here keep on increasing.
I asked him why they don't send back this feedback as a customer complaint. What he replied to me was shocking, 'they do, and they also reply to them that it is not only them that are buying'. Imagine that, customer satisfaction is absolutely none of their business, they have a lot of middlemen that are rushing over their products. This is a negative market influence technique.
To conclude, let me add, there are so many inconveniences going on in the markets. We are facing a lot of bulk market cheating over here. It is creating distrust in the market. You can't just easily order products with certainty. From worrying about quality to quantity and this is the main reason I love stepping into the market myself. This also causes extra expenses for me and adding to that, the stress. What can we do? We are dependent on these big guys and they know very well. Just as they told the wholesaler earlier, it is not only you buying.
