Great post, I'm still very excited to see what totems do. I was not able to secure land so I didn't bother with a totem yet but may consider getting one for a future flip.

I really want to get a piece of land but cannot justify it yet hoping they drop in price though I think that is highly unlikely at this point. Anyways thanks for the great post and look forward to reading more of your articles you gained a new follower 😀
