Let them feel secure

We are in a world where it is better to say less than you know. Not only this can get you into trouble, but this can also make it very difficult for you to socialize. One thing I have realized is that immediately, people understand how intelligent you are and how it will be easy for people to displace them and choose you over them, they will find means to get rid of you, or instead of helping you to reach your full potential, they will rather not let anybody know about you because it will be dangerous for them and their position if they know you simply because people will choose you over them. After all, it is so obvious that you are more intelligent than them.

Sometimes, knowing too much or having a special talent can't get us in trouble and this is supposed to help us to be great in life or to achieve things in life, but some people lack human relations, and because of this, they put themself into a tight angle by showing people their talent or letting people know that they know too much, even though most people might smile in their presence as if they're happy for them but the truth is the opposite is the case. immediately, people realize that you are threatening their position and people might choose you over them. They will find every way to eliminate you instead of helping you.

Insecurity is scary

I'm on the side of the world where people have opportunities to help you but they choose not to help simply because they don't want to lose respect and their status, and some of them also believe that immediately, they show you how to make money, and you are already doing good for yourself you will not give them the same respect, and you might not be worshipping them the same way anymore. So instead of helping you, they would rather give you money to keep their status even though helping you will not affect their source of income, but they would rather leave you like that because they are insecure.

One of the main reasons why many graduates from the first class in Nigerian universities are struggling to find jobs is due to the insecurity of those already in the private sector. They fear that outsiders will take their positions and leave them without work. This is a common issue throughout Africa. However, if we want to be successful, we must learn to navigate these insecurities and work towards our goals. It's important to acknowledge that everyone experiences insecurity at some point, but it's how we handle it that determines our success.

Be willing to learn, be willing to follow, be willing to praise, people love to feel important

Making mistakes is a common occurrence and sometimes, it happens because people tend to overestimate their abilities and are not open to learning. However, the truth is that having people around us who can guide and elevate us is crucial. We cannot achieve everything on our own and having a mentor or a master figure in our lives is essential. It is important to not act as if we know better than them or try to compete with them. Instead, we should be willing to learn from them and show appreciation for their guidance. Even if we are the ones doing well, it is important to acknowledge and praise our master as if their advice is what is helping us grow and improve every day.

We must always remember people love to feel important, and immediately, if you're making people feel less important they will begin to have problems with you, and also, if you want to be a good leader, you must be a good follower. Insecurity is a thing in our world, and if you want people around you, you must learn to deal with insecurities because everybody also wants to feel secure.

Sometimes, it is not always because we are no good in our field, it is because we are so good that those people above us feel threatened and that is why we remain where we are.
