Its like this....

If I tell you 'yes, you can do it', and you do, we could get fined by the SEC later, maybe.

If I say 'us people can't' and you don't do it, you have self selected.

If I say 'no US people', and you still do it, likely nothing will happen.

But we are working to register with the SEC anyway, just in case and in interest of learning how to do it.
