First of all: HI! Second, I want to say that I'm not an expert on finance, I'm still learing and trying to be more active in this community. With that said I have an anouncement or rather a question...
Is $HIVE breaking the downtrend?
On the first image, that was taken from here, we see a clear downtrend that started last month. We saw the price going down quicker then before. This image has 4 hour candles and I drew a line (as best as I could) to show the downtrend. We can see that today this trend has been broken, or at least it seems that this is the case.
On the second image we have 1 hour candles and we se even a bigger breakthrough. On the next image we will see the Daily chart:
Even here we can see a small but visible change. I'm very optimistic and "I believe in the good things coming", so I trust this can finally be the moment for HIVE.
To all the real experts out there: Do you think we finally broke the downtrend?

The less we can do is hoping and try to continue to give some value to the blockchain and making good content !
There are some things that everyone could try to change to make it more alive, as they do at LeoFinance with the initiative 10 for exemple.

The Initiative of 10 is basically committing to leave at least 10 comments a day through the leofinance interface. We are basically making a big push for user involved through comments.
Many of us are upvoting the comments to make it worth people's time.

I think we were overpriced for a while, considering how much hive went through with the whole steem split fiasco and the fact that we are at maybe 10% of the users we had during the last bull market. But things are going to start changing now I believe
Yes, I also believe that things will change for the better. In the past 8 months we have achieved many good things, there is still work to be done but I believe we are on the right track, we just need to keep moving.

HIVE is not good to trade with small amounts <50$ because the price Ups and downs are very close right now.
But, if you have bought many HIVE and keep Staking as Power, it is so good.

I strongly believe hive is still finding the right balance to break upward. If it can do that, we might soon begin to witness hive rising up back
