Hello community. Today I bring you the weekly summary of my investments. This week we had a little less activity, however we managed to buy something, let's get started.

Hola comunidad. Hoy les traigo el resumen semanal de mis inversiones. En esta semana tuvimos algo menos de actividad, sin embargo logramos comprar algo, empecemos.

In the first case, we started on Monday, September 9, buying the company MOS (The Mosaic Company) for the first time at US$ 25.35. For those who do not know it, this company is dedicated to the production and sale of phosphate and potash-based fertilizers. It belongs to the basic materials sector and the fertilizer manufacturing industry.

En el primer caso, arrancamos el lunes 09 de septiembre comprando por primera vez la empresa MOS (The Mosaic Company) en u$s 25,35. Para aquellos que no la conozcan, esta empresa se dedica a la producción y venta de fertilizantes basados en fosfatos y en potasa. Pertenece al sector de materiales básicos y la industria a fabricantes de fertilizantes.

According to the fundamental analysis carried out, the calculated intrinsic value, in my opinion, is US$ 33.7, so we could say that it is relatively cheap. The parameters used were an ROIC of 3.25%, the net margin of 2.01% and the sales growth ratio of 21.8%, there would be no financial problems regarding the payment of long- and short-term debt.

Según el análisis fundamental realizado, el valor intrínseco calculado, según mi opinión se encuentra en u$s 33,7, por lo que podríamos decir que está relativamente barata. Los parámetros utilizados fueron un ROIC de 3,25 % ,el margen neto de 2,01 % y el ratio de crecimiento en ventas de 21,8 %, no tendría problemas financieros con respecto al pago de la deuda de largo y corto plazo.

According to the technical analysis I show on the chart, I liked these stocks, being in a support zone and at the bottom of a descending channel. The RSI in an oversold zone.

Según el análisis técnico que muestro en el gráfico, me agradaban estos valores, estando en una zona de soporte y en la parte inferior de un canal descendente. El RSI en zona de sobreventa.

In the second case, I bought the company TRIP (Tripadvisor Inc.) for the third time at $13.13 on September 11. For those who don't know, this company is mainly dedicated to marketing hotel accommodations online. I already have an accumulated profit of 7.3% from having bought on other occasions. On this occasion, take advantage of the opportunity to buy again and average. The company belongs to the Wholesale/retail sector and the industry is internet commerce.

En el segundo caso, compré por tercera vez la empresa TRIP (Tripadvisor Inc.) en u$s 13,13 el día 11 de septiembre. Para aquellos que no la conozcan, esta empresa se dedica principalmente a la comercialización de alojamientos en hoteles en línea. Ya llevo una ganancia acumulada de 7,3 % por haber comprado en otras ocasiones. En esta ocasión aproveche la ocasión para volver a comprar y promediar. La empresa pertenece al sector Mayorista / minorista y la industria es comercio en internet.

The third and last purchase was the company OXY (Occidental Petroleum Corporation). This week I bought it for the second time at US$50.3 on September 11. We had already analyzed it last week HERE. There are no significant changes. We increase the position.

En la tercera y última compra fue la empresa OXY (Occidental Petroleum Corporation). En esta semana compré por segunda vez en u$s 50,3 el día 11 de septiembre. Ya la habíamos analizado la semana pasada ACA. No hay cambios significativos. Incrementamos la posición.
