To me I see it as something that is very important and base on my understanding it add the to the level hive power an individual owns,so I sincerely thinking it's of more Importance too

I think it is gaining in relevance. As stated much of the earlier ones dont tell much but a lot of the newer people working up the scale, it does show what is being achieved.
