How to make money blogging on Hive.

Direct from the desk of Dane Williams.

Your guide to making money as a blogger on Hive, starting with your introductory first post.

Have you just signed up for a Hive account and want to know how to make money blogging on Hive?

If the answer is yes, then you, my friend, have come to the right place.

Hive, and my personal favourite Web3 blogging front-end called LeoFinance, is the best place to immediately monetise your blogging.

Hands.

Down!

Forget everything you know about the old Web2 model of having your data controlled and sold by tech companies to pay you.

Hive uses the power of a truly decentralised Web3 environment to hand control of not only your account data, but the entire platform, over to you.

That’s right, you’re in full control now.

Retro 80s style logo for the blogging platform you can make money on, called Hive.

How to make money blogging on Hive from day 1

Part 1 of this guide starts by introducing where the money comes from (spoiler alert, it’s not coming from someone else's account!) and then how to immediately get noticed by those in the community who matter most.

Lets dive right in.

Where do the HIVE rewards come from?

When you receive an upvote on your content, you need to understand that voter isn’t actually tipping you from their own account balance.

The money that you’re earning on your blog is actually coming from what’s called the Hive rewards pool.

What is the reward pool you ask?

Well essentially it’s how the Hive blockchain distributes its freshly minted HIVE tokens at a hard-coded inflation rate and those with HIVE tokens staked get a say in how this rewards pool is distributed on a daily basis.

The more HIVE someone has staked, the bigger their say on the daily rewards pool distribution.

Basically, they’re not tipping you money from their own account balance, but as stakeholders in the platform, they are able to distribute the daily inflation via their upvote.

Now, while from your perspective the reward may be nothing more than a great way to make money blogging (oh and it is!), it actually serves a much greater purpose at the same time.

The Hive rewards pool is an extremely effective and unique way for the HIVE cryptocurrency to be distributed far and wide.

It’s this high token distribution that ensures blockchain governance remains decentralised and ultimately secures the censorship-resistant properties of your Web3 Hive account.

Literally anyone, no matter where they are in the world, can start making money as a blogger immediately from Hive’s reward pool.

Create content that adds value and receive your portion of the daily reward pool as decided by those with a current stake in the platform.

The system is genius really.

So now you understand where the HIVE rewards come from, let’s move forward and take a look at how to get noticed by those in the community who matter most.

Yep, those with the largest stake.

How do you get noticed on Hive from day 1?

Now that little Hive explainer is out of the way, we come to the juicy part of how to actually get noticed on Hive from day 1.

The key to making money as a blogger on Hive is to get noticed by accounts with stake and thus with the biggest say on how rewards are distributed.

Yep, getting noticed by the rich guys.

Sure that may sound cringe, but that’s the nature of the Web3 blogging game here on Hive.

Just remember that as stakeholders, they have a monetary interest in curating good content and encouraging you to stake your rewards to secure the blockchain.

They want to find people just like you.

So with that in mind, the absolute first thing you must do is to create your first post under the introduceyourself tag.

The introduceyourself tag is extremely powerful…

…but as the saying goes, with great power comes great responsibility.

You only get one shot at this tag, so make it count!

Most n00bs on Hive introduce themselves with a story about their boring life or how much more than everyone else they need the money.

STOP.

DO NOT DO THIS.

If you want to get noticed and actually start making money blogging on Hive from day 1 then you need to show those with stake that you’re different.

That you aren’t just here to leech the reward pool with low value content that nobody really gives a shit about.

But instead, that you’re here to add value to the community via quality content and ultimately contribute to the blockchain’s security by staking a portion of your rewards just like them.

This is the key to making money on Hive!

In this first post, I’d encourage you to introduce not only yourself (or personal brand), but also to introduce a plan for your blog.

Let the community know you understand the reward pool system and that you plan to post a daily blog in your chosen niche that they should follow.

But most of all let them know that you’re not like everyone else.

That you’re here to stake half of your rewards and actually invest in the platform that will be paying you to blog.

If you can start your Hive blogging journey in this manner, then you WILL get noticed from day 1 and start making money as a blogger immediately.

Best of probabilities to you.

PS. Part 2 of this guide to making money blogging on Hive goes over how to use a daily commenting strategy to engage with those in the community with stake.

Stay tuned by hitting the follow button and if you’re new to the Web3 blogging game on Hive, certainly don’t be afraid to reach out in the comments section.

There’s always someone here on LeoFinance who is happy to answer any questions you may have.

!LOL Now I feel like I started out all wrong. I don't think I ever used that tag.

Yeah well you can make up for it by posting 500 comments. That will make you even. LOL

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Can't hurt !LOL.

OK, this is the first one.

499 to go!

Some people say that I never got over my obsession with Phil Collins.
But take a look at me now.

See. Was that too painful. It didnt hurt much at all.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

You are on your way.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

500 comments per week = 72 comments per day = 3 comments per hour.
Well, it's not easy at all but achievable in some conditions

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

That is true, it is not easy. And even falling short of that a bit is still a heck of a job.

But as noted in some other areas, commenting on comments really helps that quest.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

I will set a target of 100 comments in this week.
When I get used to this pace, I will increase it.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

I think that's a great goal to start with. I find it better to setting lower goals and hit them, rather than to having higher goals and miss them. Good luck!

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

better to setting lower goals and hit them, rather than to having higher goals and miss them

So true. No more word to add on this statement.
I'm trying it everyday, but avoid spamming as well.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

That is a fine target. Engaging in conversation will help you get there.

Doing the little things can make a big difference. One or two extra comments in a post can really help.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

One or two extra comments in a post can really help.

100%. Pop in a question from time to time and others will answer as well. It's great to boost engagement even further.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

I've just written a song about a tortilla.
Well, it is more of a rap really.

I'm sure you could get away with writing an introduceyourself blog now if you really wanted to!

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

That is a great way to get one's feet wet. Will also open up the door for a few more comments. LOL

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

This is a better outlined post for a noob and will serve it's purpose when I wish to onboard someone else.

I'm also learning more everyday about how to get the best out of the blogging part of hive which can be a barrier sometimes but we have to keep on moving and showing up everyday.

Posted using LeoFinance Mobile

Yep, please share it (or just the tactics I speak about) with new people.

What are you finding is the biggest barrier to your own blogging here on Hive?

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

That would be finding a way to keep writing quality content and adding value to the community.

Time was a barrier before but not anymore, as I am free during this period and ready to take my daily activity on hive to the next level, which is learning more about the crypto and social part of hive.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Ah man, I feel their pain there.

Staying disciplined enough to write every day is still extremely hard even for myself.

And when I miss a day or two, it's so hard to get back into the routine.

You can't teach discipline.

You either have it or you don't.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

You can't teach discipline.

No one can. it's either you have it in you or you don't. It takes time and an effort to stay disciplined, but it all pays off eventually.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Long form content is not easy. However, Hive offers options to people. As stated, commenting is a great way not only to enhances one's blogging efforts, but also get rewarded. It all adds up.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Yes, it all adds up with time and consistency.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

That is what most people miss. It is really all it takes. Yet most want the shortcuts.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

It's either you have a stack of money or you do the work here on hive. either way, the work still needs to be done to get the best out of one's time and effort.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Even with a stack of money, go to work on Hive. LOL

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

I'm with you. Leo is the best community to monetize your content!

I think the #newlion tag is also very useful for new people who want to start their LeoFinance journey

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

I left out the aspect of earning layered rewards such as LEO.

Man it quickly gets confusing to try and explain in simple terms that a n00b can understand haha.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

There are so many ways to make money it makes one's head spin. We forget all we have coming in.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

I think you did a great job. Actually better than most I've seen previously. I really like the straight to the point, no fluff stuff you make.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Dane f****** Williams! I love your direct tone! And what a great post today, keep up!😎 One day you will appreciate my upvotes, lol! Just pay attention to that in the coming years😎🤌

Not sure if this is a complimentary comment or a threatening one.

Thank you, haha!

I'm still looking forward to that BBQ on your balcony when our upvotes are worth thousands ;)

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Haha true story man! We got to set some targets soon😎👍

Dane is one of the greatest writers on Leo Finance/Hive.

Direct wisdom, no bullshit. :')

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Gotta digg it!

I sent this post to several people I am trying to onboard to hive. I hope they take the time to read it. Looking forward to the next one.
!LUV
ah yeah I am a LISTNERD

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Need to send a post about how to onboard in an easier manner.

At least now, if people use the Leofinance.io or Leo Mobile, they can get started quickly.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

I know it's still a lot for n00bs to take in.

But at the very least, there are some tactics that you can help them with when they ask questions like what to do first.

Thanks for the tip and I'll see you around ListNerds :)

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Yes it is for some really overwhelming, but what you can do is provide them with the hive guide by the CTP team. People sign up and get a whole blockchain blogging course that explains everything step by step.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

I've seen it, but never gone through their guide and had a look for myself.

Cheers for the heads up, it's added to my to do list :)

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Yes. That guide is a nice start. I went through it after I was on here for a while and knew some things. Still was a very helpful and clear eye opener.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Very well written blog @forexbrokr, it would have made a big difference for many if they had known this from day 1. Also for me, but it's never too late to start blogging, or to change your blogging style. Keep it up!

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

We can always improve.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Oh, I completely agree on that. We keep learning as long as we live.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Yeah. It is amazing how many ways we can improve our production on here.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

My own blogging here on Hive is always evolving and hopefully improving as I go.

Every day is a learning process for us all.

All we've gotta do is keep writing!

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

The commenting part is what I'm yet to get hold of.
I really want to do this.

This is a good start. Do this a bunch times more and you'll get there eventually :P

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Especially if he posts 500 comments in a week.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Reading 500 articles a week to make the same number of comments??? I'm already tired of just think about it 😁😁😁

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Often end up making more than 1 comment per article. Can respond to other people.

I am going to write a post about that.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

500 comments a week is not gonna be easy

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Type a lot ofaster.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

I need a lot of energy drink to do that

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Cocaine might help with that too.

Not that I am condoning it, just passing along what I read.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

This task can only be achieved through hardwork and diligence. But is 500 comments realistic in a week @taskmaster4450. If yes, give me the strategy and I'll follow suit. I'm serious about this. Thank you.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

It is possible, but it requires a ton of work and dedication. I would settle with 10-15 comments per week for starters.

Setting high goals that you eventually miss won't do you any good. Setting lower goals that you reach and surpass will do you much better and it will increase your motivation moving forward.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Thank you so much for the advise.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

That is sound advice. Start with 10-15 and see if that can be reached consistently.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

How about starting with 10 comments per day and build from there? Setting a goal of 500 in a week is just for machines like you TM.. :)

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

That is true. People need to start somewhere. And since few seem to accomplish that, it is probably a better level.

Of course, the flipside, aim for 500 and if one misses and hits 200, so be it.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Okay, 500 comment is a very good one.How many comments do you do in a week?

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Varies. I did 1400 last week.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

That is a lot I must confess. YOu are doing well

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

It is the easiest starting point. Simply decide to participate in every article you read. Add something applicable and you will find you get rewarded on some of them.

Like this comment you left, you just got an upvote.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

If you keep on commenting daily for the next 6 months, these things will happen for sure:

  1. You will make a lot of crypto.
  2. You will see your follower/friends count growing.
  3. You will find more ideas to make more crypto.
  4. You will find more people upvoting your content.
  5. You will see your reputation number going up.

It's honestly a life-changing experience.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Since I started posting more comments and engaging more with my audience I already see and feel the difference. On PEAKD you can see your payouts for the upcoming 7 days and it really boosted my income big time.
But it is not just about the rewards, by talking to the others you will learn a lot of things you wouldn't know about.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

But it is not just about the rewards, by talking to the others you will learn a lot of things you wouldn't know about.

100%. That's the best part indeed. Knowledge is the real power. Information is dopamine.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

This is definitely right, comment is one of the best thing on hive and can help you settle easily

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Yes. As a newbie, it's better to make like thousands of comments every week and 1 or two posts maybe. Because unless people don't notice you or interact with you via comments, there is a good chance that your posts will be ignored even if they are of highest quality.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

That's true, you have to work hard to be successful on hive too. To get noticed is the main work here

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

That is all true. Plus you will gain an education about crypto and what is happening. There are many benefits to it.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Yes. That was one of the main reason why I joined Leo Finance and started writing on it. Never knew I could earn a decent amount for it. SocialFi is the best thing that could ever happen to mankind.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

You are a prime example of what can happen.

And now you are one of the prized producers on this chain.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

A nice and definitely accurate list of things that is bound to happen with engagement.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

I'm in the middle of building a Google Doc full of comment templates.

These will be little conversation starters that you can edit and make fit into any situation.

Stay tuned! ;)

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

That is a great idea. Looking forward to it.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

That might be very useful for people who're about to start being more active in terms of engagement.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Making comments are not only good in terms of increasing activity on LeoFinance, which in turn will get people onboard because they want to join active communitites. It is also crucial for ones own growth, as you will automatically boost your own presence, reputation and make other, active users aware of your own existence. That leads to more recognition and rewards as well.

It's a win/win situation for everyone at the end of the day. Each comment matter.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Thanks for your post. Newbies need to read this. I am going to reblog to spread the word.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Cheers boss, much appreciated!

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Spread it far and wide. You are right, they need to read and understand it.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Solid advice, sir. The ones that come showing that they are here for the money are the ones that give up after a couple days to a week.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

We have seen this repeatedly over the last 5 years. It is lick clockwork. They also tend to follow the markets. Bull run lots of people on Hive; bear, they disappear.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Interesting how so much is correlated to the market movements.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Awesome job on this one. I like the straight-forward, no fluff and no bs approach. One of the best newcomer-guides I've read. Looking forward to point people to both this and part 2 in the future.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Thanks mate :)

Even if it helps people who refer friends just offer small pieces of advice on creating their introduceyourself post.

I know first hand how when you refer a friend and they ask you questions, they're hard to answer.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

I know first hand how when you refer a friend and they ask you questions, they're hard to answer.

It sure is. Especially as most newcomers are asking how to earn or getting upset due to the "lack of rewards". They don't seem to understand that it's a progress and that they have to work for it.

It's terrifying that newcomers are comparing themselves with already established, well-known authors from the minute they arrive.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

TBH, when I saw this on Twitter, I thought: "Oh no, here we go, another "Let me explain" post of which there have been SOOO many!" but I must admit I did like the simplistic way you explained the reward pool AND I really like the "Don't Beg" advice too. Looking forward to Part 2

Enjoy

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

"Oh no, here we go, another "Let me explain" post of which there have been SOOO many!"

I'm going to go off on a bit of a tangent here, so I apologise in advance haha....

...but the 7 day Hive rewards window is actually what encourages this to happen.

It incentivises low quality, duplicate content rather than focusing on building out evergreen content.

The blockchain actually pays people to just regurgitate the same crap that lasts a day and then is never seen or heard from again.

Super frustrating.

I'm trying to buck the trend and my focus is purely to rank leofinance.io articles on Google to drive ongoing traffic to old posts.

Create and rank long-form articles for popular Hive related search terms that new people can find and gain ongoing value from.

Long past the 7 day rewards window.

See how we go :)

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

See, this is what I keep banging on about when it comes to Hive, so thanks for confirming I'm not going insane or wrong: "Am I the only one who can see it; or, more importantly, the only one that cares?" I call it Pulp Fiction, whereby any old rubbish will do so long as it earns a few cents. I see so many people latching on to what someone else is doing not because they want to be a part of it but because they see how much is being earned and think "I want some of that." For a short while I was doing daily Good Morning posts until someone latched on to that and did the same but changed it slightly by adding the day to the Good Morning title. Totally lazy and parasitical IMO. Still, what are you gonna do? Hive is like the Wild West as keep being reminded. 🤷‍♂️

I think the same goes for commenting. While people have become savvier about comments, and we don't see some of the rubbish we used to see on STEEM, such as "Great Post!", "Thanks for this." and my all-time favourite "I upvoted this." there's a heck of a lot of pressure to comment being promoted lately to encourage engagement. That's fine but let's not encourage nonsense across the board, pretty please. 😊

I know it's ironic saying this in a 'how to make money blogging' post, but it's important to remember that from a technical point of view, the reward pool mechanism is designed by the blockchain purely to spread Hive's governance tokens as far and wide as possible.

Going forward, I see it as the job of layer-2 tokens and the various private front-ends to ensure the cream rises to the top and spam is not even shown.

We can already see this in action on the LeoFinance front-end with their slightly different ways of prioritising content and ensuring that evergreen content is manually curated into a 'featured' section at the top.

Even more exciting, they're going to start paying ad revenue back to LEO token stakers - Thus encouraging authors with a stake to focus on quality evergreen content that Google will rank because it will ultimately mean their ad revenue payouts are increased.

There are so many different ways that front-ends can incentivise quality and we're barely scratching the surface.

I'm still extremely optimistic about the blogging aspect of Hive :)

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Some of those can get a bit over the top. However when they are concise, it is helpful. People need to understand the basics.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Another banger and great advice for newbies.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

If you want to get noticed and actually start making money blogging on Hive from day 1 then you need to show those with stake that you’re different.

I had the exact same thing in my mind when I started out my journey - To have my own USP. I think this thought deserves a post..

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

The reality is most are not too different. The way to stand out is with consistency. Doing that, and one will get attention over time.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

That's true Task. If you are showing up everyday, you are already a part of the 1% club!

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Looking forward to giving it a read!

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

I know many people must have heard about commenting part but not doing because is not easy but I hope they join the league quickly

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

How hard is it really?

I mean, it is true, we want more than "nice comment thanks" but we arent talking about brain surgery here. If one read an article it isnt hard to find something to add to it. A few sentences is all that is required.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

If is just two post is easy but with many post as possible that will be difficult you know

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Posting is a lot harder than commenting. Of course, the posts that many write do not seem to take much effort.

There are many who write 200 word comments yet that is what we get in many posts. That is the difference in someone looking to add to the platform/article and someone just looking to bilk rewards.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Posting is alot harder but I agree with the fact that success on hive requires time, hardwork and determination

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Try just asking a question to the author.

That's probably the easiest way to spark a conversation and rack up your comment numbers while actually adding value.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Wow, that’s a new one but you have to have a fast fingers and that requires time too

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Now you're just looking for excuses...

You literally have all the time in the world to stop, think and ask any question related to the post you can think of.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Well, is not an excuse. It is challenging and requires determination. You have to be ready and it will be easy along the way

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Thank you for the very thought provoking article. I think that I did it backwards. It has taken me a long time to get up to speed. I started when it was Steem and didn't understand the platform. My intro was very lackluster to say the least. I have slowly gotten better at consistently writing posts. It is still challenging though. I try to leave as many comments as I can.
Writing was never one of my better skills. I dont know if I will ever be as interesting as other posts, but I will still try. Maybe I will get better

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

You will definitely get better if you blog every day!

Just like anything in life, practice makes perfect.

Keep writing every day :)

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

this is quite an amazing body of work I must say. With this enlightening article of yours it makes it easy to tell people about Hive and its so many enabling features. Kudos and a good job well done .

Gosh. Those were the days lol.
That being said: Good post. I just onboarded a few good people, and I'll pass this along to them.
I'm constantly talking to people about Hive and onboarding so many/many interested at the moment, that I've decided to do a workshop in the near future to explain both Hive (and Leo Finance, etc. etc.) & Listnerds.
I thought it'd be a good way to spread the word, and get some nice new creators in as well.

Awesome to hear that you have enough interest to even run a workshop!

I know from experience how hard it is to get even friends and family onto the platform.

"Ah it's too hard, must be a scam, blah blah blah" haha.

Keep us updated with how it all goes!

Well, the funny thing is, there's a huge crypto community here in Playa del Carmen.
However, hardly anyone ever heard about Hive, let alone ListNerds.
I was in Acapulco for Anarchapulco, and even there they all looked at me like I had two heads. And all while the founder of Anarchapulco has a Hive account himself, and actually was the one that made me join Steemit years ago. It's weird how short term some people's memories are sometimes.

The workshop sounds like a good idea

I'm not new to hive but am still learning to use the platform and get noticed. I'm not doing too bad though. I look forward to your next post on how to come up on hive.

Is the introduce yourself tag only be usable once? I was planning to do it again once I made the compilation of my drawings. Once I have power to upload like 30+ pages of drawing at once. I was planning to use the introduction tag again.

As it's a way to introduce yourself, it doesn't look good in general if people are doing more than one post using that tag. However, I have seen many users over time that has done more than one introduction post.

I guess it's a matter of what you say, and how you present things.

Oh, I was just concerned because I heard rumors about hive police marking those who made more as spamming and banning them in hive. Just rumors though. Not sure how credible that is and the term spamming is kind of vague. There's no certain rule on that.

Thanks for this information, you don’t know how much this has helped me. I wish I came across this when I wrote my introduction post.
Lately I’ve been getting low engagements even as I try to post original content daily and participate in some contests.
It’s frustrating but I won’t give up though 💪🏻
Anticipating part 2 I’m ready to learn more!

This is a very intersting post, Everyone should read this post

Maan! I wish I read this before blogging here. I messed up and totally wasted my shot at the introduceyourself thing.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

I'm not so new and quite frankly it has been frustrating. I have had to give up hive twice, but here I am again

Fact clearly stated. You cannot give withdraw in a bank you do not save and when it comes to blogging on hive and making money, these are the savings you have to deposit as a newbie, maybe I should call it investment and not savings because they pay off at the end.

This is a great introduction post and hopefully many new people will find it.

  • Presentation

I live in a precarious situation and need help from the community...

Pity never helps anything, as you say it is better to be noticed and shine, reminded me a lot to the series of Inventing Ana hahaha.

well tutored guide. The hive blockchain is a home for everyone

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

I'm glad that I'm fortunate to read this.
At this point for me, I guess what would help me gain visibility is commenting and curator's pick like you explained in your latest post.

I post daily and always make sure that my content is quality.

I will challenge myself to engaging using the leofinance frontend like you said.

Oh dear... I just published my first introduction post a few days ago. 😆
Thanks for the excellent tips for newbie.🙏

Wow , I think I needed to see this, it's just what I have been looking for

I wish, I had seen that post before publishing my first post. !LOL

Is there any chance to make that post yet?

Of course you still can still create an introduceyourself post.

In my opinion, the general rule is just be honest and 'don't take advantage' of the blockchain.

Explain your situation in the post and why you are doing a late introduction post.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Okay then, I will do that soon ! Thanks a lot.

Nice intro post, I will bookmark this.

I just answered this question, but yeah, in general, I would say that you use the tag once, as it's your introduction.

However, it's also a matter of what you say, and how you present things. Many others have used the tag more than once.

Good information and i hope i will earn money from this

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

The ultimate goal for everyone is to make money.

Think of it like this:
Everyone can make something, but not everyone does for various reasons.

The question is what you do, but also why you do it. If you are looking for short-term gains, only to make something extra each month without sharing anything of value for others, you are not going to be successful in the long haul. You might have some luck every now and then, but it's nothing sustainable, which is also why people seems to give up and leave.
