In a past life I worked as a business analyst, trying to bridge the 'business problem' with devs.
Man, it's so crazy how you can word a requirement one way, and then a human interprets it totally differently.
Such a skill to be able to communicate clearly and efficiently across people and roles.
i've always maintained, this blockchain needs 3 types of people in leadership positions.
devs to do dev things.
business / marketing minds to attract the masses.
and community leaders that actually engage and LIKE people lol
Seems like common sense!
Witnesses nodes need to become businesses themselves with clear structures that keep everyone on track and accountable.
Devs should be working for the stakeholders (us people) to prevent the decision making rabble we have now.
"The devs just said" really shouldn't be tolerated...
I totally agree with that
And obvs I'm talking about the devs working on the base Hive blockchain.
Devs working on dApps can do what they want.
That's their business.
