Managed to extubate a patient successfully overnight (took them off life support). There were complications, but I ordered proper treatments, and she became one of the most rapidly improving cases I've ever seen. :D #medicine #motivation

I'm rather giddy from this experience, because it's not every day that we see such rapid improvements from very sick patients. Her smiling and talking after extubation make the struggles of the job worth it.
