I have seen some with DeFi aspects as well. the more we search, the more we get amazed by them! there is even a NFT movie with Anthony Hopkins... i mean... Real estate nft is gonna be big. And as you have NFT you have NTT which are equally powerful, except they cant be moved :D and on some chains you can make it unburnable, which makes it indestructible as long as the blockchain lives. NFTs are know by their immutable data. what about the mutable? it's not so much spoken of, but yet another layer of complexity. great post
