After a lot of thinking, I decided to downsize my 2025 staked Hive goal from 1,800 to 1,500. But even then, it seemed every day I was making less, so even 1,500 seemed a step too far. But then things started happening and I noticed that my Hive-engine tokens were all gaining in price. I really have no way of increasing these tokens except through my Actifit report, and the Leo token exactly zero ways. I have posted a lot on LEO but what I get is practically nothing. So I decided to power down some tokens, not just LEO and see if I could not reach some of my goal. Here is where I am right now, still short of two power down weeks.
I also decided to swap the small amount of HBD, I am not going anywhere with that either.
So I will power up about 242 Hive, the most I ever have. And of these, about 230 come from Hive-engine.
So there you go, 1,409 staked Hive, very close to my lowered 1,500 goal. Of course, I expect maybe 300 more from my next power down, so that would put me well over 1,700, and therefore very close to my initial 1,800 goal. OK, it might not be a good idea to get rid of the Hive-engine tokens, but they grow too slowly for me, and I really want to reach my goal this year, something I have never been able to do on Hive.
And I think I just might reach 1,800 I still have over four months of Actifit posts and whatever I get from curation which is not much, but as I think I will only be short of less than 100 I really think I will make it.
