HBD APR might be reduced to 15% or 14% later to increase sustainability but it's still better than whatever any bank will actually offer.
Oh, so it means one can take advantage of the 20% now. True 14-15% will still be better since it will be a fixed interest rate unlike for banks which is variable.
By the time we begin to see the resurgence of the bull market from mid-next year, you'll see more.
