I spent a few hours today trying to make some good money from my crypto trades and oh boy! Well, that's all I have to say.😅
Anyway, week 12th of the year is about to conclude on our side of the world and you know me and other Saturday Savers out here, we like our weekend updates. While it can be tempting to skip it, we don't want Mr. P(rocrastination) to win so here we are again with our numbers and musings. And so without any more ramblings, let's go with how we did in the last seven days:
Staked HIVE (Hive Power)
- Current: 18,221
- Previous: 18,108
- Added: 113 HP
75 from content rewards, 24 from curation and 14 from daily manual staking. Approximately 0.62% growth and about 5 HIVE more than last week's 108. Not that much but still positive so I'm patting myself on the back for that. Be your own cheerleader they say :)
When we diligently and patiently grow our stakes, we get to benefit more in the long run. Well, that's my belief anyway. Just like a farmer who grows grains in his field, he sows them today but doesn't harvest them soon after or tomorrow. It takes time, hence, he needs patience, strategies, plans, and what else for him to have a good yield when the time comes.
That's how I see what we are doing here. We set our goals, work on them, make adjustments, and so on until we see them through.
Staked LEO (Leo Power)
- Current: 28,955 LP
- Previous: 28,824 LP
- Added: 131 LP
I'm still staking LEO on this account daily, although I may have missed a day or two this week. About 0.45% growth came from Tier 3 delegation rewards for both accounts (33 LP) and manual staking (98 LEO).
Meanwhile, the listing of LEO on Maya Protocol was postponed until Tuesday so my excitement kind of waned a bit, lol! Will see what happens next week.
By the way, for those who have CUB and POLYCUB/vexPoly, do check the post on how to burn in exchange for LEO. They have given us a month to do it.
HBD Savings
- Current: 759 HBD
- Previous: 753 HBD
- Added: 6 HBD
I decided to slow down a bit on this one and keep some liquid HBD to buy HIVE when the price drops, hence only about 0.79% growth on my savings.
And that's pretty much it for the week. Even with some real-life nuisances, it's been generally good, nice, and wonderful. Until next time and Happy Saving!

You're earning attracted content rewards and curation rewards. What's is secret of your progress and any advice for me because I am consistently struggling to grow.
Thank you and just keep going, even on days when you feel like you're struggling. I don't know if there's a secret other than what most people say, consistency. When I made up my mind to grow my HP, I just kept buying HIVE and staking them every single day since January 2022 :)
That's good although I joined hive last year but I am consistent from the mid of Last February. I'm publishing blog consistently, learning and exploring communities and try to give my best.
Sometimes I feel like I'm going to give up but I am keep going today. Thank you for inspiring me more :)
