The first one was free. The other 9 I bought on the market with WAX.

I guess they are out because it says I need to wait an entire day before the next listing. I bookmarked the page so I can get one tomorrow.

Best of luck! Did you click the tab at the top that says WAX? I had to do that to see the promo packs. They don't show up otherwise.

Yea I did. There is no Promo Pack #1. There is only a Promo Pack #2 right now and it has a cool down of 1 Day and 5 hours.
