It's hard to know when the trend is broken but I do agree that it's much easier to follow the trend and make money. Human emotions are tough and it's why a lot of people don't really make money trading.

It makes sense the way the markets works. Supply and demand is a simple explanation. When all retail buys in no one else left to buy at higher prices so it eventually falls.
