I am supper proud of you bro, this is evident what we can get out of crypto, most with 8 hours a day job don't even have much left over to save let alone build a house.

Thanks a lot bro, it took two years of planning and work. I think think I'll finish it, it literally left me peniless, but I'm glad it's almost done and the bear market didn't hit me before I could finish it.

Building a house is not child's play I can imagine the effort, money and time you put into this.

Dipping into my Hive stake wasn't really an option, I didn't think I'll do that. I'm glad I could scrub and scrub and patch out funds for this one without going into my Hive stake.
