Wise is HEX without 50% origin address and not 100% ETH to founder. HEX is the most appriciating crypto asset in 2020, so CDs on the blockchain has entered the scene, whether you understand it or not.

That being said there are many aspects about Wise that I still don't know, so I simply ask the question is Wise much better then Bitconnect and Hex?
