Consuming 10 eggs every day is really great.
They are pretty small but they are way more healthy and nutritious than chicken eggs :D
Quail eggs are a great source of protein. They are very rich in protein and iron, and they have less calories than chicken eggs. :)
Another way to look at it is that you didnt consume 15 a day.
There is always a bright side to things.
I read somewhere that having 7 chicken eggs for breakfast is a good strategy to stay healthy, but that would mean 28 Quail eggs. Not happening lol
