My #2 Lpud: 1K Lp Goal Accomplished

The lpud incentive was to gear up lions to be rewarded for their effort in staking Leo token.

The first lpud numbers came went by with 174k Leo staked in total, that's some big numbers there and I think we'll be having more this time, it'll be more than interesting to see us double the numbers this time. who knows, let's wait and see

No Expectation

I wasn't expecting to meet up with the 200lp requirement in the first Lpud, but lucky me, I won one of the contests initiated by @ hitmeasap and got a whopping amount of 100 Leo for writing about the best stablecoin 2022

This was unexpected but it's not the point, the point is the 100 Leo gave me a big push to my goals, adding more Leo from author rewards was easy at that time and I was able to meet up with the 200 lp requirements, that was successful.

Now, after Staking 200 Leo which pushed me to 800+ Leo staked. I made a bluff of achieving 1k Leo in the next power-up day which was just a matter of "if and only if". I'm not pushing myself too harshly on goals before, it's best to enjoy the journey of highs and lows as it's more about the journey than the destination.

Sometimes I achieve a goal and realize it doesn't make me happy as much as the struggles involved, sometimes they are too short term so that leaves me to set long-term or what I call lifetime goals for hive which is probably to keep adding value to the ecosystem, we all do have a part to play and the little drops of value can make a big ocean of value. * all it takes is time*

What's best for me

I checked my #2 lpud weather a week ago and realize my Leo payouts may not be able to push me to 1k lp for the next lpud. I had to do what may not appeal to everyone but looks like the only best option to me and that's to power down some hp.

I did this in mind that ill be stopping the power down when I get the first liquid Hive and I did, but sadly I'm short on almost 25% of the requirement which is 200+ Leo, that's after adding up liquid Leo + buying on leodex.
Leo got a little bit expensive. that was expected

Short on requirement but achieved my goal for #2 lpud:1kLP staked

I didn't get to stake 200+ Leo, does that mean I shouldn't join in? No, that shouldn't be a barrier for anyone, every Leo staked adds up to the math and helps increase our influence on curation rewards so anyone having less or short on the requirement should not be restricted in any way, every Leo matters.

And there you have it - 1k Leo Staked for #2 Lpud.

So stake whatever amount of Leo you can today. The power of a community lies in every individual doing what's best for the community

I know there are juicy delegations and even a hivefest ticket but hey that's not the point, it's more about what you can do for your community than what your community can do for you.

Every incentive will come and go but the zeal to keep showing up and adding value daily will have a rlasting effect than the short-term benefits.
