For a few days now, I've had the problem that my smartphone repeatedly refuses to recognize my fingerprint. The left thumb still works, but it's not ideal either.

Too dry, too rough, so that my thumbs can't be recognized.

But luckily you can add more fingerprints. I simply scanned my thumb again and now it works again.

I also have an 8-digit pin that I can use to access my phone, but I use my smartphone to make payments and I have to unlock it with my fingerprint.

At least that's the only way payment has worked so far. But it also makes sense to me, as this is a bit more secure.

Otherwise, someone who has the pin could also use it to pay.

Bitcoin and gold

Bitcoin and gold have reached an ATH in dollars for the first time on the same day. Not only that, but 1 kg and 1 BTC were worth almost the same. Bitcoin was worth about 1000 dollars more.

However, there is slightly more gold on earth (already mined), so the total value of gold is about 10 times that of all bitcoins. This is still the case, as this could of course change in the next few years. And some people are assuming that it will, because prices of 500k are already planned for next year. There would still be something missing, but from 500k it would only be half as far.

What do you think? Do you also think that BTC will eventually knock gold off its throne?

Seit paar Tagen habe ich das Problem, dass immer wieder mein Smartphone meinen Fingerabdruck nicht erkennen will. Beim Linken Daumen geht es noch, aber auch nicht ideal.

Zu Trocken, zu rau, sodass meine Daumen nicht erkannt werden können.

Aber zum Glück kann man ja noch weitere Fingerabdrücke hinterlegen. Habe einfach meinen Daumen nochmal gescannt und nun geht es wieder.

Habe zwar auch einen 8-stelligen Pin, mit dem ich auf mein Handy zugreifen kann, aber ich nutze mein Smartphone zum Bezahlen und da muss ich es mit dem Fingerabdruck entsperren.

Zumindest hatte das bezahlen nur dann bisher funktioniert. Ist für mich aber auch logisch, da dies etwas sicherer ist.

Sonst könnte jemand, der den Pin hat, auch mit bezahlen.

Bitcoin und Gold

Bitcoin und Gold haben zum ersten Mal am selben Tag ein ATH in Dollar erreicht. Nicht nur das, sondern 1 kg und 1 BTC waren fast gleich viel wert. Der Bitcoin war etwa 1000 Dollar mehr Wert.

Jedoch gibt es etwas mehr Gold auf der Erde (bereits gefördert), sodass der Gesamtwert von Gold ca. 10 Mal so hoch ist wie der aller Bitcoins. Noch ist das so, denn das könnte sich natürlich in den nächsten Jahren ändern. Und davon gehen so einige aus, denn schon für nächstes Jahr werden Kurse von 500k her vorgesehen. Da würde immer noch etwas fehlen, aber von 500k ist es dann nur noch halb so weit.

Was meint ihr? Glaubt ihr auch, dass BTC irgendwann Gold vom Thron schmeißen wird?
