I could pretty much name every major retailer, I expect. This was Good Guys, they came through in the end, though. They aren't as good price wise as they used to be and Harvey Norman has been doing better deals, which is quite the turn around. Funny how that works out. It's like manufacturers. I'll have an appliance from one which has lasted me over a decade, but when I look at reviews for their recent products they're breaking down constantly and a brand that never used to rate well is getting all the best reviews.
