I'm trying to get back some of the Hive I invested to get the RS millionaire card while still buying some fans every now and then to be able to keep doing the mission in the future.
I'm no longer gaining the 10% bonus, I don't really understand what is the most profitable way to "mine" STARPRO...

Could be from the market, but that's too much work for me. I just use the Music Promoter mission. Easy to use, no time wasted.
Is it worth more than buying 12 packs with 100k STARBITS? Most cards you get in packs have fan boosts associated with them.
As for getting back HIVE, I took the slow approach. Build the account and slooowly take out a little bit every now and then.
I'm not sure but I'm going to save up some Starbits and buy the 12 packs to see if it is worth it.
On the market, each fan costs around 60 starbits so the 12 packs will have to get me 1 667 Fans for that to be worth it. I use this website to check out the cheapest way to buy them.

Buying packs will slowly get worse and worse also the more cards you have. I assume doubles have no benefit for you in the game.
So buying packs might be very worth it in the beginning, but it will be less so as you have more and more of the cards in the game.

In the ranking, doubles count as well. Not as much as uniques, but they count. And their stats are cumulative.
So you can buy multiples of the same card and gain the stats from all of them?
Yes.
Just keep in mind that, even if the fans you get from 12 packs may be lower, you also get skill, luck, and IM on many of those cards. Luck helps you get drunk fans (temporary), which could be enough to give you a boost when you need it.
