Justin Sun, not a popular name around Hive for very good reason, has been in the headlines again this week. The self-proclaimed Crypto King and failed owner of Steem who during his takeover of Steem once famously uttered the words:
'Do you want to fuck me?'
has this week bought one of the most ridiculous pieces of 'art' ever. A banana stuck to a wall with grey gaffer tape, entitled 'Comedian', by the Italian artist Maurizio Cattelan.

OK, here goes. For $6.2 million. Seriously. For a banana that needs to constantly be replaced when it gets eaten or rots. What a fucking muppet. I thought the stupid sums being spent on NFTs was bad enough but this is right up there. I don't think that even includes the wall it's stuck to, so even the gaffer tape will probably need replacing.
He said that it, "represents a cultural phenomenon that bridges the worlds of art, memes, and the cryptocurrency community.”
Is it possible to say anything more non-sensical and pretentious?
This all sounds like nothing more than an idiotic publicity stunt from an egomaniac or even a way to write down some income tax, either way it's another huge negative piece of publicity for the whole crypto movement. Is there any wonder crypto isn't taken more seriously? Justin Sun is never one step away from controversy with multiple investigations over his various crypto businesses including being suspected of over-inflating the price of Tron (TRX).
His X announcement tagged #spacex and he suggested that if he hadn't eaten it in the next couple of days, he would offer it up to Elon Musk to send into space.

The answer to Justin's original question to the former Steem now Hive witnesses trying to fight off his takeover didn't need to be answered as this guy seems quite capable of fucking himself!
