Honestly, I'm not sure there is a best way, and I'm sure I don't know what it is, even if it exists, but...
The idea here is to rewards and highlight the ways already being taken, and getting overlooked, reveal the "market conditions" actually there, and race within the scope of it. Of course it could have a feed-back on the actual market, vitalizing it in my hope, making emojis more worthwhile and diverse...
But that is the theory only, actually I think a lot about it, I take it as a social/media/economic experiment or (using a more seductive word) a game.
