I like this format of short finance news! And, as a potential real-estate buyer (if crypto goes up... 😃), I'm happy to see that the housing bubble has burst... I hope that we will see some "normal" prices in the future as these are crazy...

Takes a good amount to put together for sure but that's time saved for many others and what gives it value. We should start seeing some "normal" prices in the housing market early 2023 I suspect.
