Why Fear Controls Us and How We Can Break Free

Fear is something that we all have in one way or another. Some people have a fear of heights. Some have a fear of being locked in the dark, or some have a fear of some other thing. Some people have a fear of water. Some people have a fear of being alone. So each person has his own unique fear, and it is a very powerful emotion in which we live and rely. Everyone has a personal pain on one hand, which we call by another name, "phobia," which is a person who is very scared. We then start calling it a phobia because then he starts seeing all that, or he gets very scared of all those things.

When someone starts feeling very scared or one thing always starts going on in his mind, then he becomes very serious. Then the doctor has to concentrate on him. Then the doctor gives him two or three medicines in the prescription, which reduces his phobia or fear. So if you are ever afraid of someone, then do not let it happen to you, and never react in such a way that it can harm you. All this fear will not affect you physically, but it will affect your emotional state a lot, and due to this, you can suffer from many diseases like depression and anxiety.

Fear is a very uncertain thing; it can affect you at any time, and no one can ever tell who is afraid of what. Many people start getting afraid when such an accident happens to them. Like, if someone gets electrocuted, it means that he might have received such an electric shock in the past that he got scared, or he might have faced such a fast with water that he got very scared of water. Therefore, if there is any such fear, it does not come suddenly. There is one thing or another behind it due to which he always remembers that thing. He keeps on getting scared of that thing.

Many people have this fear that they will fail in their life. Yes, failure is a natural part of everyone's life. But if you keep thinking about it, then you will fail like this too. If you avoid it and work on your work, but less well and honestly, then maybe you can succeed. Is it wrong to be a fool to pass? Failing is a very good thing, in that you will be able to understand where you made a mistake. If you become successful in the first setting, then you may be successful at one time. But the second time you have to be a fool. Everyone feels a natural party live in which if you are not a fool, then you will never be able to be as successful as you can be.

The second big fear is of rejection. Everyone is afraid of some kind of rejection. Be it appreciation, acceptance, or love, sometimes there is rejection. But I think if you don't take your step, if you don't try, then you will get rejected, or hence, whenever it happens, pain is a good thing, but if you don't try and you always avoid that particular thing, then you will always be afraid. A better step than this is to propose to someone, then propose. If you want to do something, you have to go do a job, and you are afraid of whether it will happen or not. Try it once; if it happens, then it is even better.

If I talk about myself personally, if I am scared of anything, then it is heights. I am very scared of heights because once, I was playing on my terrace, and the railing of the terrace was under construction, and I almost fell there. Only I was saved, and I was about to fall from the sixth floor. I mean, I had fallen. I was able to control my whole body from inside, so that's why I am very scared. Like, I mean a lot, but I have not seen someone falling down from a height, and what will happen to me, or what will happen if the building collapses? So all this seems very scary. That's why I am scared of heights, and I ignore it. Going to a high altitude or going to places like hilly areas, I ignore it.

As per my personal story, someone or the other will have a background in which his photo is there, or he will have a scene in which he will have an accident that will scare him. That particular thing, like in my case I almost escaped falling from the 6th floor; similarly, someone saves someone from drowning, or someone escapes from falling from somewhere, or someone gets rejected from somewhere. That is why he is always afraid. That is why everyone has one thing or another. Regarding fair, fair is not a wrong thing, or it is not something that is very uncommon, or it is very real; then everyone is in all this, but not everyone is visible. That is why you also feel that you have a fever with someone. You tell them that it is not right and I will not do this thing. Like if anyone asks me if I will go to the roof or to the mountain, then I directly refuse. I say that I am a little scared of looking down from above or going up.
