Happy Halloween HiveStats Update

Another amazing week has passed since I last shared a change in my strategy, and I am happy to share the results and give you some more analysis and optimization moving forward.

This week I managed to pull in a clutch 10.11 HIVE for the HPUD @buzzfeed badge hehe

I received several airdrops from dcity and the skatehive crew which helped a ton, but I also traded my liquid hbd post rewards from two posts.

Thanks @knowhow92 & @xvlad I am powering up and doing my best to continue growing here.

Optimizing my HP and Layer 2 tokens/NFTs

If you wanna check out my last post where I discussed my change in strategy, please feel free to show it some love.

The short version is that I changed my curation strategy to support the @dcityrewards account with delegation and passively farm their Student NFTs daily at a rate of 500HP per 1 Young Citizen which is trading at .18 HIVE(much higher ROI than curation and its somewhat liquid).

Young Citizens are the beginning of the dCity citizen cycle and they grow or upgrade over time into Students(value .2 HIVE) and then go into (debt) which players pay off(300 SIM atm) to complete their upgrade cycle into a job.

If you don't play dCity it's a fantastic city simulator with the best game token/NFT economy around haha you have to check it out!

Instead of selling these Students and harvesting rewards through the marketplace I am using a strategy in dCity called Student Training where I try to "mint" or "upgrade" my Student into a Shiny NEW JOB!

The most illustrious of which would be the rare Tax Collector which is being sold on the marketplace for 175k SIM.

I write content for dcity and share strategies for beginners to play the game as effectively as possible without wasting all the time and money learning like I definitely did lol

I am using a few different strategies to grow and sustain a profitable city such as; Citizen Farming, Student Training, Wind Farming and leveraging SIM in Marketplace bids and the Swap.HIVE Liquidity Pool.

So far, I have a total of 107 Young Citizens(trades between 706-899) and 95 Students(trades at 999 SIM).

My students have a total value of around to 20 HIVE and my Young Citizens total value are sitting between 15-20 HIVE.

Some ZING is Bullish

The day after I made my last update, I also joined another game still in early development called Holozing; that resembles a blockchain play to earn Pokémon game that I had to FOMO into due to an "upcoming" airdrop that was secretly live.

I dropped 104 HIVE in and made a 100 HIVE delegation to start accumulating ZING token which is developed by the POSH team who have working on marketing HIVE offchain with tokenized backlinks.

I went ahead and powered up an additional 50 HIVE when I did this to reinforce the long-term aspect of these investments and give myself a better vote to curate with and support my favorite content creators and communities here.

POSH and ZING are really promising projects and I am happy to say I am invested and own a part of the project receiving passive daily rewards in ZING token.

How to further optimize

In my last analysis I was able to determine that my voting weight needed to be changed to 25% because it was showing above 90% efficiency.

When I powered up the additional HIVE so fast it messed up my efficiency so I will need to play around with this until I am back over 90% on my trails.

The good news is that I was able to increase my monthly yield in one week by .33 HIVE so I am hopeful of the overall increase when the full months stats roll around.

It looks like the 25% voting weight has about 85% average efficiency and my manual curation and other votes are pulling their weight up and we are nearly at 90% already.

I plan to make a few test votes playing with various weights this week and have a detailed report for next week outlining the best path forward from there.
