That part I wonder how long it will last. Binance used to have transactions under 2 BTC possible without KYC. Now you can't move a cent without KYC.
The way I see it now is that it depends on the amount of transaction. A 2,000.00 to 5,000.00 PHP worth of transactions I think is tolerable.
It's been decades since mobsters laundered their (fiat) money through clean businesses. It's not like they stopped them. Real criminals generally elude them. Not the masses or small firms.
Yeah, we know that, but the pretension and excuses of the regulators continue.
