I realized today that hive struggles with the same thing I do personally.
We think talking about what we do is going to convince people to get onboard, but it never seemed to work. actually just connecting with them on a human level will make them more interested in what we are doing, that and truly embodying our values to the max.
We are the real deal and if we just do what we do and do it well people will feel it.
This is kinda of the advice my Dad gave me one time. He said son, don't bother about people paying attention to what you do, do it so well they can't ignore it... Its too good to overlook. More like Bitcoin now
THAT! That is exactly what I've been learning the past year. Honestly, your dad sounds fantastic! I wish I had advice like that growing up. I don't know many people who do, honestly.
I agree, wish I had someone to coach me well so I avoided some things and made some good decisions but hey it's not like I'm 80 years, I've still got time a lot of lessons learned and friends on Leo so I'll be fine
