The number of people closing in on 200 comments for the week is really encouraging.

It is terrific to see the top numbers growing but that is now where we will see massive changes. If we get dozens of people putting up a couple hundred comments a week, that will go a long way to enhancing the engagement we see on here.

    I totally agree, I think this is absolutely real. Even for those who work and cannot devote a lot of time to a blog, 200 comments is a goal to strive for.
