One thing that I think the hack showed is there is a great deal of technical expertise among the LEO community. Including yourself in that group, the number of people who stepped up to dive in and determine what happened is astounding.

It seems that many like to attack the technical people on Hive, especially those who are non-technical. But the time and effort required to go through lines of code is tremendous. I am sure it is a very tedious process.

As for the gist of your post, I agree, Leo is much stronger because of this. We see the community coming together in a way similar to when Sun tried to exert his will over the Steem community.

It seems that nothing brings us together as much as an outside threat.
