The market is in a passive accumulation phase, so when the price starts to rise again we will see an upward explosion (being very optimistic).

BTC is hovering around 200 WMA, I think BTC will remain here for some time, there will be a few dead cat bounces. But somehow I feel like there is one more leg down for ALTS. Most of the ALTS have recovered 20-50% from their lows, but BTC has not.
