That is the plan except for using Hive-Engine. At some point, when the new decentralized architecture goes into place, it will move onto its own sidechain. It will operate similar to H-E but be Leo's.
There will be three exchanges running for Leo by the end of the year.

Ah gotcha.
If it using it own sidechain then a scheme to DPOS Bitcoin wrapped tokens can be done to make "Wrapped token" more trustless
It could although I think there might be other plans in the works.
We will have to see what this new system looks like. There is a lot of interest in other chains and cross chain integration.
How it all ties together, I have no idea at this point but it will be fun to watch.
There will be a lot of cool stuff on Leo by the end of the year.
