That's is how things has Always been, fight against these people has never been a solution but I just which one can just help his or herself by ensuring one check things well before getting it..the government has even added more to it because they do not care about the citizens and citizen can't even report anywhere because even the court is full of the governmental bodies.

In the case of Nigeria, the citizens cannot report to anyone because because the system is not even democratic enough. It's the same thing with people who holds power, they're sometimes way in over their heads.
Yeah, that is why most people do not go beyond their boundaries when things happen because you might later be blamed for it
