I couldn't afford to be replacing it, so I guess I was fairly motivated.
That is by far the biggest motivator of all. That and the fact I hate getting ripped off!
Most definitely! It certainly doesn't put the Sharp brand in good standing with me any more. I'd have done a scathing review in as many places as possible if it don't get fixed.
