Hmmmm I get three of the options, but not voting at all seems like a pointless option.
It was put there so someone wouldn’t comment that you can choose not to vote. It isn’t an economically sound option but it is an option.

Ah Ok, fair enough, it's an option so that in that context, albeit an unlikely one.
Although I suppose it can happen at times inadvertently when someone has 100% voting power and hasn't voted. I manually curate everything, so I admit that happens me every now and then.
Just wondering about the burning of Hive and HBD. That's a good thing isn't it, as the fewer coins, the higher the value.
