The Hive to HBD convert transaction is instant although you have to post over 200% collateral. You get HBD instantly, and you have to wait 3.5 days for the rest of the collateral to return.
Also has 5% fee.
aha yes I forgot; but it is only 50% of the amount (the other returned after 3.5 days). In the post it sounded like 100% instantly
